About Us
R Inoa Consulting is a collective of seasoned evaluators, researchers, and educators committed to advancing equity, learning, and impact in youth-serving systems. Our team brings decades of experience across educational research, program evaluation, grant development, and strategic capacity building—with deep specialization in 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC).
We offer mixed-method, participatory, and culturally responsive evaluation strategies that center the voices of students, educators, and community stakeholders. With expertise spanning K–12 education, afterschool systems, higher education, and community-based initiatives, our team supports partners across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania in telling their stories through data.

Dr. Inoa and his team are responsive to requests and the needs of the program and provide a quick turnaround for requested data. In addition to the culminating end of year report, Dr. Inoa and his team provide several mid-year check-in data reports to help assist with action research being completed at the individual sites. They respond quickly to all forms of communication and make themselves available for the monthly staff meetings to provide input and feedback on action research and program growth. We are very happy with our partnership with Dr. Inoa and his team and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
